On 2 April, join us for an evening "deep dive" workshop and networking reception for PHAP members, course participants, and guests in Nairobi, organized together with Leadership for Humanitarians.
The crises that humanitarian leaders are challenged to deal with today have reached a dimension and a complexity that no one singular organization can reasonably be expected to solve it on their own: More than ever, the humanitarian arena demands interagency collaboration.
So then how do humanitarians intentionally build the trust necessary to collaborate effectively in order to increase the quality of collaboration and enhance outcomes?
This practice-oriented and highly interactive Deep Dive will inspire you to become an even more trustworthy leader and build trust with others, hence improving collaboration with key stakeholders, reduce staff turnover and increase innovation.
A networking reception will be held after the Deep Dive workshop.
Note: The event takes place after the second day of the Nairobi 2019 Core Professional Training on Humanitarian Law and Policy. Course participants are encouraged to join this evening session.

Leadership for Humanitarians is a social enterprise dedicated to empower humanitarian leaders to drive transformation towards operational excellence in their organizations. They offer a unique hybrid approach of the humanitarian spirit and experience combined with the leadership know how acquired from the private sector. In their work, they focus on challenging the mindsets of the leaders and equipping them with practice-oriented skills and tools that leaders can put to work immediately to start the transformational process in their teams.
